You will probably have to make them or have someone make them for you.

I also have the screens that were optional back in 1983. I can give them to a carpenter friend as a template for the boards.
Thanks!

After picking yourself off the floor when you price some teak, might consider some alternative species.  Sapele is one that comes to mind or some lightweight composite.  My old Hunter had 3 sections (one acrylic, 2 teak).  I was always reminded of the contrast in weight when I grabbed that acrylic section.

Hello Frank:
Right now there are hatch boards from an IP-31 on EBAY.
My entrance measures 43" x 40".
No way will the IP31 hatch boards fit...way too small.
I'm thinking a light weight composite.
Thanks for the tip

Being from the part of the US where things can be found (Florida is just sunshine and sand), Medium Density Overlay plywood is a great boat/ wood product.  This is a pretty high quality core fir plywood with impregnated paper on one/ both sides (a holdover from the days of painted exterior signs). My current supply is about exhausted and none to be found at my old sources. I am about exhausted too, so maybe everything is working out as intended.

I have used it for years by first (after fabrication) saturating all surfaces with a couple of coats of West epoxy, sanded smooth, and sprayed with Dupont Imron. Cockpit table on Cbreeze must be a dozen years holding cold Coors, dip, and a few tools.  Looks just like the day it was installed.  Strangers visiting always want to know "what is this table mode from".  A hard slick surface.
